Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC technician to install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems for our residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail, great people skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and a passion for providing superior quality workmanship above and beyond the industry norms. The ideal candidate shall also have a desire and willingness towards expanding their knowledge and certifications through continued education courses and training required by NATE, Carrier, and/or TUCK AIR.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.

– Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.

– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions and repairs.

– Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.

– Collaborate and work directly with the owner to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

– Verifiable experience with HVAC Installation, Maintenance, Diagnostic, and Repair.

– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

– Reliable transportation with valid insurance.

– Pass background check. 

– EPA 608 certification (Type I, II and III).

– EPA A2L certification (Preferred)

– NATE certification (Required within 45 days of employment).

– Understanding of 24v control voltage circuits and electrical single phase & 3-phase applications related to 110-120v/208-230v/240v/277v/460v  (Preferred).

– Must have personal tools.

– Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and withstand prolonged exposure to heat.

– Able to work after hours and weekends if and when required.

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Excellent communication and customer service skills.

– Complete training and continued educational courses annually as required by NATE, Carrier, and/or TUCK AIR.
