I highly recommend this company. I hired Tuck Air to come and fix my HVAC system that a previous contractor had installed. Ryan came and looked at what needed to be done to correct everything and talked with me about how to fix the system. He got me scheduled and fixed everything that was wrong with the install. He and his crew showed up on time, very professional, kept my home very clean and even laid out construction paper on my flooring so that they would not damage it. They worked all day in my attic that was extremely hot and got the job finished. Ryan explained and shared a lot of knowledge with me about HVAC systems that I did not know, you can tell that he is very highly trained on all aspects of the HVAC industry. I’m not a fan of reviews but I enthusiastically write this one. A week ago I didn’t even know this company existed but I will be a forever customer in the future. Ryan is a unique businessman that takes pride in his work, a rare find now days. I had my outside Carrier HVAC unit replaced and inside unit cleaned. The service was timely, the price was great and the work was above and beyond what was expected! One additional perk was Ryan was able to explain, in simple terms, the answers to any questions I had, provide do’s and don’ts to get the best performance out of my system, explain basic functions of my system and demonstrate the final performance of my system (showing that it was operating as designed). Hopefully this review makes it easier for anyone, like me, that looks thru reviews looking to get quality service from someone that knows what they are doing and fixes your issues for a reasonable price, go no further, you have found the right business.
