Ryan Tuck is awesome! My husband tried to change to a Honeywell programable Thermostat, but when he finished, it would only blow hot air. He called Honeywell and was connected to Ryan of Tuck Air. Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable - and patient (thank goodness from these seniors!). With his help, we quickly had wonderfully cold air blowing out of our vents! Given the 80+ temperature, we are especially grateful to Ryan for his competence and friendly assistance.

After 30+ years dealing with HVAC Companies in Jackson County hearing everything from "Beer Can Cold" to "Something is Wrong Inside" after they have put $500 worth of freon into the system, it was TRULY a pleasure to deal with Tuck Air. They installed a new high efficiency Carrier heat pump with the precision you would expect from a true professional. Everything that should be done was done. I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and the entire team at TUCK AIR. After experiencing issues with our HVAC system, we initially brought in a well-known company that quickly diagnosed the problem as a complete system failure. They recommended replacing the entire unit…despite the fact that it was only 8 years old…and quoted us an astronomical amount for the job.

I called in the around noon and they came by not too long after. I’m so glad they were able to squeeze me in and get my AC fixed same day. I highly recommend this company. I hired Tuck Air to come and fix my HVAC system that a previous contractor had installed. Ryan came and looked at what needed to be done to correct everything and talked with me about how to fix the system. He got me scheduled and fixed everything that was wrong with the install. He and his crew showed up on time, very professional, kept my home very clean and even laid out construction paper on my flooring so that they would not damage it. They worked all day in my attic that was extremely hot and got the job finished. Ryan explained and shared a lot of knowledge with me about HVAC systems that I did not know, you can tell that he is very highly trained on all aspects of the HVAC industry. My HVAC system is working perfect now and I will definitely hire Tuck Air for any and all of my HVAC needs in the future.

I had a problem with my whole home dehumidifier two other people looked at it, through frustration after their efforts failed I stopped in at a local AC supply house and Ryan’s name was recommended, I called him he came out the next day and fixed the problem. He was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable.

We had one of our boys sick with Covid when the air went out at their house. I called Ryan after hours and he responded quickly and had them back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Ryan even took the time to explain a few extra tips to reduce the power bill in hot months. Great service and professionalism!

TUCK AIR repaired the air ducting, reconfigured the ducting for maximum efficiency, and totally refurbished and saved the HVAC unit which was on its last legs before he came to our rescue! Now TUCK AIR does yearly maintenance on our HVAC unit to extend its life, and keep it running at peak efficiency. My electric bill went from $200+/month down to $100-/month. I’m not a fan of reviews but I enthusiastically write this one. A week ago I didn’t even know this company existed but I will be a forever customer in the future. Ryan is a unique businessman that takes pride in his work, a rare find now days. I had my outside Carrier HVAC unit replaced and inside unit cleaned. The service was timely, the price was great and the work was above and beyond what was expected! One additional perk was Ryan was able to explain, in simple terms, the answers to any questions I had, provide do’s and don’ts to get the best performance out of my system, explain basic functions of my system and demonstrate the final performance of my system (showing that it was operating as designed). Hopefully this review makes it easier for anyone, like me, that looks thru reviews looking to get quality service from someone that knows what they are doing and fixes your issues for a reasonable price, go no further, you have found the right business.
